We're a family-owned crew in Sagle, and we're looking for people who take pride in doing a job properly.

The Role

Cleaning Team Member

You'll clean homes and businesses across Sagle, Sandpoint, Ponderay, Dover, Kootenai, Hope, and Clark Fork, working alongside Rozlynn and the rest of the team.

Most days are recurring residential cleans, with deep cleans, move-outs, and construction work mixed in. We provide the supplies and the training. You bring reliability and attention to detail.

  • Paid position with taxes withheld, not contract work
  • Training provided, no prior cleaning experience required
  • A mix of team jobs and occasional solo work
  • Work with the same small team, not a rotating crew

Requirements

What you'll need

Reliable transportation

A valid driver's license and a way to get to job sites around Bonner County.

Background check

We work inside people's homes, so every team member clears a background check before starting.

Physical work

The job involves being on your feet, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning equipment throughout the day.
